The United Harness Racing Association (UHRA) is the accredited body that is representative of the and drivers in New South Wales, however membership is open to all participants.

With a broad range of members located in different regions of New South Wales (Australia) this accredited body has been heavily involved in the consultation process concerning changes to driving fees, handicapping, licensing and insurance, junior driver programs, Breeders Challenge reviews and rule reviews.
